Waited for over 3 hours when told it would be 2 hours. But the problem was that 10 women had been waiting before me yet two men arrived later and were seen first (not emergencies). Quite bad customer service in that regard. Clean place though which was good.

I went in yesterday to have an abdominal pelvic scan done but I was refused and told to come the next day because the scan lady is sick.
I called this mane(9:19am) to find out whether the lady is around.I was told again that am late so they can't do it for me and that I have to come in earlier before you even open by one front desk personnel.This ridiculous.so what if it was an emergency??
