Worst service ever.my parcel value was £60 they made me pay 507ghs plus my item is still on exception up to today. I’m ready to sue them for every penny. My parcel also contain valuable item now I’ll take them to court if any of my item is stolen or damaged

I found the staff at DHL to be friendly and helpful. I had to send a letter to Canada and they ensured the envelope was prepared speedily and properly.

The building was clean and spacious and I was able to speak to a staff member immediately.

I’m feeling so disappointed right now since Monday I send a parcel and it hasn’t reached till date and they are telling me shipment date for Arrival is not available. After paying 1535 cedis and was given four days just for it to get there in time. Now I’m about to loose a lot. So why is it call express mail when it’s about to take a week before getting to the destination.

I’m really feeling down and your have made me to loss a lot don’t think I can ship with your again. My first experience with your here is so bad

DO NOT TRUST DHL express GHANA.
I wish I didn't have to put a star to leave a review. When will things change in this country? My advise is NEVER trust DHL Ghana with anything important to you. You pay a whopping GHC 150.00 to post 2 documents and they call that "express". Express meaning it will get to its destination in 2 days, excluding the day it was posted. I posted my express documents on Tuesday 3rd July 2018 at 2:56:59pm. Meaning that express delivery means it should reach London harrow (delivery address ) on Thursday 5th July 2018 but this wasn't the case. Instead delivery was attempted on Friday 6th July 2018 at 2:43pm (not even in the morning ) and it failed because there wasn't anyone there to sign for it. Bare in mind that this is the UK where you have to be sure there will be someone home cos everyone is busy hence hoping it'll be at the delivery address on Thursday because I was certain someone will be around then.
I called DHL on Friday 6th July 2018 and spoke to Beauty a call center agent who was very rude to me. She even stopped talking to me at a point to speak to someone in her office and then drop the phone on me. All she did was repeat the information on the tracking which I could see myself. At no point did she accept that DHL had made a mistake and apologize. Then I asked to speak to her manager or supervisor and she said the manager hadn't stepped at the office all day and the supervisor had gone for lunch. I asked for their names and was told Justina-manager and Emilia-supervisor. Neither of them bothered to follow up on this.
I called back on Saturday 7th July 2018 and spoke to Helen. She was helpful. She took the number of the recipient in London Harrow and said she'll have the DHL office in Britain contact the recipient on Monday morning. As at now Monday 9th July 2018 at 12:21 pm, my recipient has NOT received a call or the package from DHL although tracking says it has been with delivery courier since 10.47am.
I called DHL again and this time spoke to Gloria. She confirmed that Helen, (Bless her!) had put a notification on the order that it is urgent.
But unfortunately, it seems like the urgent notification means nothing to DHL as it still hasn't been delivered yet. I was told that they have till 5pm to deliver the documents.
These are important documents that are needed urgently. Should have been delivered on Thursday last week and as at now Monday midday it's still not delivered.
DHL express Ghana has really messed me up and they are not willing to do anything about it. I will continue to post this anywhere I can for as long as I can to forewarn people in Ghana about DHL services.

So, I called DHL head office to find out the possibility of sending a proxy form for a friend to pick up my US visa for me and this lady told me that it's not allowed. This was a blatant lies Cos the US embassy told me it was possible. When I tried convincing this lady on this, she went like 'you can't teach me my job'. Quite rude n unprofessional. I had to travel far just to pick up my visa. Shame unto her

Got a highly important document sent to me from Ghana(to Germany) since Monday. Today is Saturday. I have tried all the DHL telephone numbers as none of the tracking numberS reveals the location of my document. I always call within working hours only for the automatic response to tell me the working hours of DHL Ghana and then hang up. I mean I know its Ghana but guys its 2017 and we still cannot maintain the updated statuses of supposedly tracking system of DHL. I have no idea where my document is nor who can help me. Does DHL need to be in Ghana at all if it cannot guarantee the same level of quality service??? I simply want to track my document. its Saturday and 915AM now in Ghana, called almost 7 different numbers and none gets a response.

I called from the US for Mum's visa which was sent to your office for pickup and this lady who picked up the phone seemed annoyed and will not even answer my questions and explain things further. This is customer service and as such the staff need to understand this since people call to find out about their packages and absolutely nothing else. They don't get paid to be disrespectful to customers. You dare not do that in the US. DHL is a reputable company and as such should hire qualified, quality customer service oriented professionals and respectful workers regardless. I called the office in Accra the same day I posted this.
