It was a very nice place to visit

Nice place to be
Nice environment. Close to the main road
An inspiring experience
It's just ok .. still developing too
Is a well planned residential area
Buildings are too small and not spacious enough both in and out.
I lived there for about a year and a half and I must say that it wasn't peaceful at all.
Not as much as it was "supposed to be".
There was this mentally ill or something guy (apparently the security of the estate), and he would always go and drink and start acting all crazy and disturb the whole neighborhood.
Most people who've lived there for long know about this but they just normally ignore him when he's in his "crazy state". I knew I'd be leaving the place so I didn't really care but for the sake of new people who're looking to move there, I would advise something be done about this.
That guy was actually very harmful and violent whenever he got the way I'm talking about.
He chased my little siblings once when we first moved into the area.
He had something like a cutlass in his hand and it was in the evening so it was a bit dark(around 7pm). They had gone to buy things from a shop outside the estate because there's none in the estate (which was another thing I didn't like about it) and were walking back home when they met this guy and he "thought they were thieves" so started chasing them.
This jeopardised our stay there as we always had to be careful he wasn't around every time we opened our gate.
The people over there entertain him so much so he feels very much at home.
Whenever he got drunk (or took whatever he took) and started acting weird, he'd be going round, shouting and talking to the dogs in people's houses, hitting and shaking people's gates, speaking on top of his voice as though he were arguing or fighting with someone (when actually there was always no one there).
This was usually at night but it was mostly between 6pm and 3am.
It happened in the afternoons and mornings as well.
But the disturbance was more at night because that's when people were sleeping and the atmosphere was more quiet.
He has to be taken out of the place before he harms someone or some new people who move there and come into contact with him.
Estate houses for sale. Rooms are very small to my liking.
