China mall is an amazing place where you can get a wide range of items at the cheapest price possible. I recommend this place to everyone. It has quality, quantity (its a really big shop) and the staff are soo kind and nice.

Huge mall with a wide range of items available at very affordable prices. Available items include decor items, toiletries, stationery, household items, furniture, clothing, etc. Staff on hand are generally respectful and helpful. It's the ideal place for your essential items.

It's located at Spintex Manet. It's about a minute drive from Manet junction and some few minutes walk from there. The mall is good in furniture. It has all type of furniture you could imagine. It has a car park and security guards are also alert there 24/7.

Huge Signboard by the road with bold letters stating "CHINA MALL" makes it easy to locate. At night, the Signboard lights up making it easy to identify. Huge shopping space and stocked with a lot of products. Products are arranged by categories. Products range from cooking ware to party decor to gift wrapping to home essentials to drinks and many others. Due to how huge the space is it's really easy to spend a lot of time searching for products if you're unfamiliar with the various categories. To shop effectively, ask the various workers around for help to show you where to get what you're looking for.

I do like a bargain and I've made some nice ones here. The key is to get the item before they increase the price. I've bought some nice, affordable decor pieces from them. My fav purchase being the plastic makeup storages I got. My vanity never looked better. Unfortunately they no longer have the affordable types I got

Big store, stocked up with most things you can think of to find in a mall, prices are quite okay. Electronics here are not to the highest quality but that's what you get for the price. Lavatory wasn't so clean and I wish the stuff we're genuinely friendly and helpful.

Nice shopping center with wide range of products at affordable prices. Be very careful their products because all breakages are payable. You need to open your eyes very well because you can get a very good product at an affordable price.

It's very spacious floor. Disability friendly people are always around to assist you. But the place is very warm for a nice shopping experience. Also if you break anything while shopping you will have to pay for it

Wow. What a mall. I just can't talk about my experience here because that mall is well stocked and has everything one could possibly think of.

From kitchen wares to Cosmetics. House electronics to car electronics. Indoor and outdoor lights.

Decorating lights for bars restaurants VIP lounges acfes and pubs.

In fact they have almost everything one can imagine.

And above all they are very affordable.

It's a warehouse with shelves stacked with China goods. Quite reasonable. Some cheap - in every sense - "China" stuff as well. Quite hot in there. ACs do not cool the space.

A warehouse that has been converted into a store with varieties of products from China; household items such as television sets, basic electronic items, security cameras, plumbing and electrical fixtures, etc. The prices are quite reasonable but quality may not be guaranteed. A good place for party items in general.

They have lots of products and I think the prices are good too. It looks like a warehouse that has been converted into a store. I wouldn't call it a mall since it is just one store. It's quite big but not impressive. Unfriendly staff, but that not so relevant in this regard. I got some really nice curtains.

Worst customer service - This is my second time frequenting China Mall, and while I appreciate the convenience of their location, and the availability of their products, their customer service truly leaves much to be desired.

I had bought two handbags this past Sunday that I was hoping to use, however, upon further inspection, I realized that they wouldn't work for me in the long run. Thus, I headed back to return the items for a refund, as per the receipt, it said "no exchange refund after7 days". I knew I was within the 7 day day window, but, upon inspection of the bags (where they were found to be in the same condition I bought them), I was told by a store representative that I could only exchange. I pointed to the receipt and explained that exchange and refund do not mean the same thing, but she wouldn't budge and instructed me to go and look for something else. I knew that would be in vain as I had searched on Sunday before making my selections.

After my search, I again returned to the till only to have her proceed to complain (in Chinese) to a fellow store representative about me. I stepped in at that point to say that yes, I am the one she's talking about and he, upon listening to me and inspecting the bags once again, went ahead and just began the refund transaction without any hesitation. He demonstrated true customer service, because as a merchant, you want to do your best to make your customers happy. She continued to complain the whole time as she then took over the refund transaction. I really couldn't understand why she'd react this way. After all, everything is word of mouth, especially as a local - my feedback can go a long way. Just today, several of my co workers mentioned wanting to go there. Based on this experience, I will naturally advise them otherwise. If you want customers to keep frequenting your shop, I'd like to think you'd look for ways to ensure that I'm satisfied, as that's how customer service usually works.

Needless to say, I will not be returning, and will instead take my business elsewhere - where I will be appreciated. At the end of the day, this is my experience, and people are free to make their own decisions.

Not really a mall. More of a warehouse store selling a variety of Chinese items that are cheap to buy but may not be the best quality. Great for general party supplies etc. Lacks air conditioning. Gets very warm and uncomfortable after a little while. Sell mildly cold water but I recommend coming with a bottle of your own. Make sure you have plenty of time to explore.
