Charlstone hotel offers highly professional service. For the standards I saw in Accra and Tamale, this is a place you can enjoy your stay whether for business or pleasure.
They have a nice swimming pool, that operates even late into the night, their restaurant serves continental dishes on buffet and Al A carte. Their staff are professionals who mind their guests. I was impressed even by the security team, who offered their time always. They offer free Wi-Fi and advise to guests when they want to go to Accra town.
We had a small issue during our stay and the senior management was quick to respond and sorted out our problem. That for me is great swrvice delivery.

They did not have the rooms available upon reservation. Thereafter, I was tricked into accepting and paying exorbitantly for a room that cost more than the rooms I made reservations for. This was a bad sign of customer service and inability of receptionists to clearly communicate prices of rooms to customers. Will be great for the people at the front desk to explicitly provide details of prices for room types before slapping them with huge bills upon check out. They should also know that their customers or clients are their greatest assets to a flourishing business. There is a huge need for improvement..

I enjoyed a stay with my son for a week while visiting the city of Accra. The hotel was located in close proximity to shopping and food. We didn't have a car but the hotel was quite accommodating when we needed transportation. Very quiet, good food and drinks. Rooms were clean/modern and showers were hot! We will definitely stay here again.
