In front of stadium hotel. Review of one guest to TripAdvisor : Stopped for 1 night as an emergency. 1st room offered was dark & dingy, not very welcoming & nit enough towels/toiletries for occupants
2nd room was better, cleaner but the air conditioning unit sounded as though it was ready to take off!! Restaurant was empty on a Friday evening, which was a bit strange nut the communal area was buzzing. Staff in general need hospitality and hotel management training. We got locked in our room because the lock froze. Help from the reception staff allowed us to get out! The hotel has lots of potential, but really needs to be managed more efficiently, workers need to show more in interest in their guests(who incidentally pay their salaries)and less in their phones!

Ceeta Kel Hotel has a nice conference room which can host more than two hundred persons . It has projectors for your presentations.

Not the best hotel in Kumasi. Things are overpriced and there's just that hotelier's touch that's not there. Staff need to be trained on proper house keeping etiquette such as KNOCKING BEFORE YOU ENTER A GUEST'S ROOM TO CLEAN.
