Good bank but can do better, especially in the area of customer interaction.

Worst bank (branch) ever!
Every transaction seems to take forever and they almost always have to get back to the "Head office" for any issue.
My Relationship Manager is rude and at one time told me to "try and be serious" when I had an issue with my account pin.
The Tellers are are equally grumpy.
I recommend the Labone branch which isn't far off if you value your time besides, the personnel at Labone have a far more better attitude.
