The tour took about 1 hour, short walk up a steep hill but all fitness levels could participate. The bridges were very cool - swung a lot but still felt safe. Really nice views of the rainforest! Lots of great photo ops and really cool to feel like you're in the rainforest!

It's worth going to canopy walkway if you go to ghana and in cape coast. It's a unique experience walking on several bridges. It's not scary at all unless and until people are shaking it when they are drunk. You can feed squirrel before you start your trip inside after paying 60 ghc per person if you are a foreign national like me from India. They will charge 25 for locals of you have your driver from here. They will send you with guide. Try carrying your camera, water and some snacks. Within 2 hours you can be back after exploring it. You have to park your car near the reception only.

Loved the canopy walk. Scary but so worth it in the end. Brave a picture on a it but hold your phones firmly. Do it even if you do it afraid. Its beautiful up there when you see nature at its best.

Beware, prices for activities at Kakum National Park are almost 3x higher for non ghanians so have your cash ready.

Highly recommend the canopy walk. It was an adventure and a way to see the views. Definitely got the heart pumping. I would suggest staying towards the back because you can have your own time to spend on the platforms and the walks. I was hoping to wildlife.

After a mild walk/hike up, be prepared to be amazed for an exhilarating experience. There are seven bridges total (with an option to do a shorter walk over 4). Do the 7 and admire the views of the rain forest and take in the height.
