The ATM at mallam junction has not been working for more than a week now and i wonder why it is still there so it will be better you take it from there if it wont be fixed than letting customers get down from cars to use that machine. Improve your ATM service since is very poor cos u may continue to the one fashions ghana (before old barrier) and that too is not working

My card was blocked in the U.S. I was told someone would call my number and have the situation rectified. That never happened so I called to have it fixed. On one try, I was on hold for 3 mins and hung up. I tried again and this time,I have been on hold for 15 mins! Really Barclays, Really? This is not acceptable, especially considering how much it cost me to call. Please improve your service.
