  I had a savings account with Barclays Bank and the account was closed without prior notice because it was dormant. I was told I could get my money back so my bank card was taken away from me. After finishing all the formalities to collect my money, I was told that my refunded check was expired and the bank couldn't issue another check for me at that moment. I went back the following Saturday and the bank was closed. I came to the States and didn't collect my money since then. I have sent several emails and did not get a reply.
  If you leave outside of Ghana and have an account with Barclays Bank make sure you frequently make a deposit to your account or you ended up having the same problem like me.

  Just a regular bank. If you are not a regular, you wouldn't know where to park. A directional board will be ideal.
