While the staff was friendly the hotel was not a good value. If you are going to charge high prices then the customers should expect a good service. Upon arrival, I was checked into a room that had no AC nor fan. They said they would move me but asked me to wait in the hot room while I waited. It took two hours to get another room. An hour after checking in, the water went off. That night the AC stopped. I called to get it fixed- the maintenance guy came to fix it- it worked for one hour and stopped. I stayed for 3 nights and the AC never worked properly. The breakfast was mediocre. There are much better hotels in Accra at the same price.

Best western hotel be the choice for us for our frequent stay at Accra. The reasons are convenient from airport, shuttle service at every hours, friendly staff all out together have all those things which frequent traveler Are needed. Breakfast is very good.i liked their medical services and they are paying attention to small things and requirements.

    Suggestion:-

Food menu can be readdress, as there is hardly options for vegetarians peopleneed to add few Indian dishes or to start with indian,Lebanon restaurant.

This hotel is overpriced like all the other hotels in Accra airport area. The service was not exceptional. Coming from the states I compared it to US standards due to the fact that it is US hotel franchise. I was disappointed. The hot water did not flow you have to leave the water running for 20-30 mins plus to get hot water. There was no microwave. The breakfast was not great but it was good.the floor in our room smelled like pee. The bathroom lights are too dim. The location is not that great because it is hidden. I am sure if I compared it to other hotels near around the same price it would be 4 stars but if I am comparing it to US standards its a 3 star. The decor and restaurant is nice the room is nice the condition if the hotel is nice but just some minor things need improvement. We also felt safe because there is security around the premises.

Had a great experience at the Best Western Accra. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were extremely hospitable. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Reliable high speed Internet is available in the rooms.

The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the airport, so there's no chance you'll miss your flight.

Exquisite, comfortable beds, convenient, very good restaurant but be careful of parking your cars in front of the hotel. Thieves are likely to break into them as it happened to a friend during my stay there. 3 stars because management did nothing about it.

The hotel is a good functional middle order restaurant in Accra located very close to the airport. However it does not have much accessible in walking distance. Although taxis are in constant supply. The rooms were pleasantly clean and everything worked although some investment would be good to refurbish and modernise the buildings and rooms. The gym is in our state and in some cases the equipment is dangerous to use. I recommend doing exercises in the comfort and safety of your room. Nothing compares to Ghanaian hospitality and the hotel exemplifies this. The menu is reasonable and for that reason could be more inventive and daring. Ghanaian good is known to be one of the best in the region and the chest could do more to celebrate it. The conferencing facilities are good and the staff very accommodating and helpful. All in all a sound hotel, less for blue chip international executives and more for local middle management.
