I experienced Very poor customer service during my last visit. Customer service reps are not proactive and getting them to take Ur order especially if the place is a bit busy is a task on its own. Ordering of food and getting it served takes forever not to talk of getting your bill to even pay up so u can leave. Overall a bad experience. They can do better.

Very beautiful hotel.
Spent a weekend here with friends and it was a lot of fun (first time in Ghana by the way).
Nothing like strolling to your backyard and boom.it’s a beach!
The view from the rooms.gold.
There’s a pool too.
Friendly staff, very ready to recommend places to tour and there’s are cab men available to take round.
Best part.the food is amazing!
Seafood lovers, this place is for you!
It’s a shame I didn’t take a lot of pictures *tears*

Nice room, nice taff, good restaurant at very decent prices.
By the beach, the hotel offers a very nice view but the surroundings are unfortunately neither appealing nor anything clean so 3 stars will be my maximum rating because it is really bad.
The beach can not be used to bath. More a restroom for the neighbors. But could be really nice. If the beach would be nicer or at least clean, it would get the maximum rating.

I shot wedding pictures for a couple here and the reception even before the actual shoot was very pleasing. At a point in time it looks like smiling on the workers faces was part of their monthly pay. Nice lobby, excellent swimming pool setting, the sea at the background gives a romantic feel and the wonderful ceiling designs that matched the wooden staircase was amazing. A fun place to be when you need to be calm alone with your loved one. Also an excellent setting for cooperate meeting.

I had a very good time at the resort. 22 days and I never got tired of the food. I loved the breakfast, and the fresh juices. My wife loved the pool and the live piano music. Too many people to thank. I wouldn't want to leave one out. My stay was a great experience.

africasiaeuro - We loved the setting and theme of the Hotel.
Formerly known as the Dutch Hotel, thos has now evolved to something real good.
Best Western Plus has a beautiful seafront with beaches. It features a main Hall restaurant from where you can watch the Ocean in front.
A nice garden with a swimming pool also is part of its setting

I'm a sucker for getaways. The reception area is a lovely warmly lit room that gives way to a restaurant on a patio overlooking the ocean. You can smell the sea and feel the breeze if you choose to sit outside or enjoy great conversation and showmanship at the bar. You can definitely unwind here. The food is moderately priced and of good portions. Staff are energetic & helpful. Great Service. I'm pleased with this find.

Nice and beautiful place, Good to relax by the pool. Food is good but the service is too long. Waited 1 hour for a chicken burger. Half of the cocktails was not available.

Its a nice place to be especially having a view of the ocean and having a feel like being in a garden. And also enjoying the pool and having a the sea breeze around you and having a spectacular sight of the tema harbour in distance.
