Most certainly the worst company I have ever had a misfortune to deal with. This company performs flights to the mountainous region of Svaneti where my friends and I were willing to go. I started planning early in order to avoid disappointment and got in touch with them 3 months in advance. I was told that I could only book a flight a month prior to the trip. I followed their advice and tried to get in touch with them to no avail. I phoned persistently for two days but they would simple not pick up the phone. I even managed to get in touch with the director of the company who was pretty much in disbelief that I dared to ask for his assistance. Clearly his company problems are below him. He just told me that he was the owner of the company and he could not help. “There’re 4 girls working in the office and they should help you”, he said. On the third day, I managed to get through just to be told that all the tickets were sold out. I was then told that they don’t answer calls if they don’t recognise the phone number. Apparently, they keep tickets for their clients, mainly domestic tour operators. Not only I wasted my time but ended up being bitterly disappointed. What a shame! I think 1 star is far to generous but I have no choice!

Excellent value for money, and amazing views over the Caucasus if you fly to Mestia. Minivan pickup service from Tbilisi included.
Facility service at Natakhtari could be better though. Was unable to get even a coffee or some water at the bar while waiting for departure.

Cheap flight to Mestia (~$25 as of time of writing) but service could have been better. You can book tickets on their website but it took a while for them to send me a booking confirmation and I had to email them a couple of times for it.

Also note they cancel their flights if there is bad weather so be prepared as consecutive flights may be canceled as well.

very disappointed. exchange about 30 email with vanillasky stuff before i have to manage to buy tickets other way. flights was canceled due bad weather but never get refund or reply for my emails :( . no more .
