I feel sorry to write this review. I came here with a n easy question. Just wanted to know when a train in Tbilisi is leaving. The guy who worked there gave me the time. Everything seemed to be ok. On the next day I went to the train station 45min before the train was supposed to leave. Unfortunately the guy didn't gave me the right answer to my easy question. Because of that I had so much struggle. If you don't know the answers of questions like that you should look for an other job.

Excellent staff and superb English spoken. They are what tourist information offices should be all over the world but so often are not. They will phone and find out, give you information, book things..and just be very very pleasant.

The most knowledgeable staff I've encountered at a Tourist Information Centre in a long time. They answered our questions without hesitation and provided printed pages with public transportation options to nearby tourist villages as well as neighbouring countries.

Wow, what an attitude. We went there just short of 6pm today and the grumpiness was like - WOW.

The lady in charge seemed to be so annoyed with customers we were so happy to get out.
Not helpful at all.

If you are in Tbilisi first stop should be in the Tourism info center. There you will get all info about Georgia. Also in front of tourist center, you can find Tbilisi Free Walking Tours at 12:00 every day
