As a traveling lover, for me it is very important to meet some nice local people who will spend their precious time with me, telling extremely interesting and authentic stories about the place I am visiting. I never though I could be more surprised about my own city until I took TFWT with my friends. With very interesting story telling, friendly attitude and huge sense of humor Levan (our guide) showed us quite different side of our beautiful capital Tbilisi. Thank you for that and I would absolutely recommend this beautiful activity to every traveling lovers like me!!!

I had a private tour organized and it was one of the best experiences in Tbilisi. My guide was Levan, and besides of his huge knowledge about the city he is a great photographer too! I highly recommend booking a tour with this organization.

Truly a special experience! The Backstreets tour is a perfect introduction to Tbilisi's hidden corners. We got to meet locals, see beautiful yards and entrance halls up close, and walk down some of the most beautiful streets. Our guide, Zura, was so knowledgeable and passionate. Highly recommend this company!

My name is Irina. I was recommended to take a Free Walking Tour by young local enthusiasts in Tbilisi. So I did. Our group was guided by Levan. I saw new hidden places in Tbilisi, which I would have probably overlooked myself. Levan's tour was filled with interesting facts and witty jokes. I really enjoyed the tour, thank you! :)

    Great tour, highly suggested!
You won't miss any relevant place in Old Tbilisi, while you will see some offbeat spots in the "real" old city - this is definitely a plus.
A funny and friendly guide as Levan makes the tour a pleasant and interesting one, you won't get bored for sure.
Moreover having a walk is healthy what else?

Free walking tour around Tbilisi turned out to be the highlight of our first day in Georgia. To say it was marvellous is just an understatement. Not only did we see lots of shortcuts, places worth visting and coming back to, but we also went to such parts of this fantastic city that we would have never found on our own. Also- it was eye opening and the guys told us such great things that helped us understand the soul of the city and appreciate the beauty of the country generally. We loved every little bit of it! Well done, guys, you do spread love of Georgia around!

A great tour, a great tour leader

It is the best way of exploring the city, esp for the first day of your trip. In comparison with the similar walking tour, this one offers an evening walking tour (at 19:00) which is very useful when you have plans for morning, moreover you can watch the beautiful sunset during the tour and nearby the Mother of Georgians statue. The visiting places almost includes all the items and seems perfect.

Levani, the tour leader, is a great guy and makes the tour full of fun and joy. He is very passionate about Tbilisi and gives you very detailed and useful information about the history, culture, lifestyle, cuisine, and all about Tbilisi and Georgia. Also he helped us to find some lovely restaurants and bars. He does his job in a non-beneficial manner and has a very friendly behavior during the walking tour, so that you think your closest friend is showing the city to you.
