I didn't have any trouble in contacting them on email. They wrote me in 2 hours and arranged my delivery in the same day.

I ordered an item on 23rd of January from Zummer.ge , TNT received it on 24. Delivery date/deadline was written 2-5 day,however 7 day passed and i did not received it yet. Nobody called me, nobody informed me ..

Briefly about the work of the TNT.
Order hasn't been delivered to Tbilisi for 5 working days, and when the courier asked where the promised delivery was, he said he was at the doctor during his working hours and didn't know anything.

I have never in my life experience that much inexperienced and disappointed in one company, I have lot’s on my place otherwise would say anything. You book the carrier and expect they come on time or at least call you in advance. No you expect to much , they come as they wish. May you expect the package will deliver on time , again nope you have high expectations. I would first read reviews that’s my fault at the end of the day . When you have hundreds of reviews completely negative you better believe it . Over the all they harm my business. Fedex I had used you service in other country and it’s shake to have any connection this this company, it is hurtful for your reputation
