Fine taste of sushi in heart of city perfect timing and great menu

My worst cullinary experience in years..
1. They didn't serve my 2 friends at all even when they wrote the order down. Didn't give explanation at all.
2. 15 minutes after they served one my friends they said they don't have tuna.
3. They served me chicken curry with boiled potatoes.. worst ever.
4. They tried to sell us the whole bottle of sake for bigger price than compared to shots.
5. When trying to deal with the situation the manager just hid and sent non-english speaking waiter to get rid of us.response / report this review -

worst sushi I have ever been. bad service, we ordered tuna, after 30min they told us tjey dont have. no appology, they have messed up our order, didnt get other things we ordered, verry arrogant owner. didnt speak with us. and bad rise and salmon. lov cost for big price. never again.

Ambiance is good. Sushi and drinks are expensive compared to other sushi restaurants in Tbilisi and it doesn't taste as good.

This was the second time I have been there. Though the first time was incredible, this time was very disappointing.
The food was mediocre at best and it seemed the owner was a bit stingy when it came to portion size.
The soy sauce smelled like feet and the Ramen was no better than an instant self made noodles.
The atmosphere and the quality of the fish is the only thing keeping this place with 2 star rating rather than 1.response / report this review -

The Sushi was quite good, but nothing like the picture of the package on the menu and pretty pricey for very little food. After asking if they might have served the wrong package by accident, we were told to read the description rather than looking at the picture. However the description wasn't matched either.
Also we watched as some guy sitting and smoking at the bar touched our food while holding a cigarette in the very same hand. He was talking to the guy preparing and placing our sushi on the plate, so he must have noticed. When we told the waiter there was no reaction, not even an apology.
Also very disappointing: the place doesn't serve Sake. Silly us for assuming a place called "Sake" would serve it
It was our second visit to Sake (first time we had a different package to go and were very satisfied), but most likely the last time even though we live right around the corner.response / report this review -

Sushi was good and very fresh, but we found few bones in salmon in fried rolls. They also made for us wrong rolls what we didn’t order ( we ordered rainbow with fresh fish and without mayoneze, they did tiger roll with mayoneze). They also didn’t some ingredients for dishes in their menu.

Fabulous sushi, wonderful family run establishment. We came here twice we liked it so much! Definitely more expensive than other food options in town, but a great place to go for a special occasion.

Such a pitty. Excellent sushi served by the most aggressive unfriendly impatience waiter I have ever met. It is the first time I give 2 stars but it is the first time I got this kind of service. I really don't understand why we desereved such an attitude. Horrible service. The only reason it is not 1 star is because the food is excellent, shame we could not really enjoy it. (And BTW it is not cheap)

Lovely, quiet spot, deliiiccious sushi! One of the best in tbilisi that ive tried, although its very pricy for my wallet, worth every penny for special occasions 👌🙏🍙🍣🍱🍚
