Nice nature, good hotel but terrible management. We booked three bed room and they were giving us two bed room with extra bed for same price. Restaurants were not open as they declared in advertisement, there were no bicycles. They wanted 25GEL per person for supper, even for 6y. kids. Most receptionists are not well trained, waiters are polite and friendly. Hot water swimming pool is nice but far away from main building.

If you want to relax and healthy air you must go sairme, there are some hotels and you can stay some days

I stayed at the resort ( Sarme hotel) recently 09/17 for the few days with my 3 year old and a elderly mother. I didn't used any treatments since I am 6 months pregnant. My mother did drunk the mineral water. But didn't used any facilities. All treatments are chargeable. So there is nothing is free with your stay at the hotel. Our stay we're very short. So we decided not to used the treatments. But..
Prepare pay extra for all the treatments. Since there is nothing is free.
I would like to say that hotel was reasonably ok. Helpful staff. But not a 5star hotel of course. Perhaps good 2stars.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is ok too. But don't expect anything great.
Plus entertainment is very limited. Very. It's very boring. Especially for the young kids.
However my issues is with the Georgian people is their mentality. If you are from Europe or UK
( like we are) you will hate everything.
I had a very humiliating experience at the swimming pool. The swimming pool area is belong to the hotel facilities . You have to travel there by the bus. Also to use the swimming pool is not free. There is a chargeable fees.
I was viciously attacked by the staff at the swimming pool and the random people for staying in kids swimming pool with my 3 year old to watch after her. It's was done in very angry matter. Despite me trying to explain all this people that I can't leave a 3 year old alone in the swimming pool with the older kids11-13 years old. There is were no life guard or swimming pool attendant ether to look after kids. The health and safety was no to none.
I am also 6 mnt pregnant and couldn't use the big swimming pool with my toddler.
I was shouted by 10-12 people to get out of the swimming pool . It's was insane. This would never happened in UK.
I paid for two tickets and explained that I will be staying inside to watch my daughter. They happily sold me the tickets without any warning that I were not allowed. It's just outrageous.
The people forsed me to leave. Despite the fact I had every right to be there as a paying customer. I was shaken and so stressed after this incident.
I try to complain to the administrator at the hotel. But nobody seems bothered.
The problem is that if you don't speak Georgian language they don't seems care about you at all. You would be more likely subjected to the racism attack.
There is NO Georgian hospitality there what's so ever !!!
So my advise is DONT go there to avoid disappointment and ruin your holiday!!!!

Amazing place! There are 4 mineral water sources. Medical service is on very hight level. I recommend this place for everyone for a good welness stay.
