It is founded on the belief that the parties to dispute or a problem have the biggest resource to resolve it by efficient dialogue or negotiation.Resolve team focuses on the following three areas:Resolve team itself is equipped with skills to engage in the meetings, negotiations or disputes as a facilitator or a mediator;Resolve develops and delivers trainings, which equip people with knowledge and skills suited to their needs;Resolve conducts research and assessments related to dispute prevention, management and resolution, for private and public institutions as well as larger society (depending on the needs of the client), develops recommendations and if there is a will, engages in the implementation of those recommendations.
