  Like others have pointed out, there are not many possibilities to rest or sit down here. The station itself is rather dirty and seems poorly managed. The bathrooms were quite dirty and dark and you ”had to” pay for them. The lady in front seemed rather dissatisfied with only 0,50 Lari (normal price for bathrooms in Georgia I would say) but she took it. My girlfriend later didn’t pay anything cause she was just not there anymore. You can store your luggage in a small room guarded by a nice lady with little English skills for 2 Lari per piece.
  The night train to Tbilisi arrives already like 1-2 hours ahead of time so you have plenty of time for boarding the train and making yourself comfortable.

  Wake up 7:00am if you wanna take mini bus 🚌 to Batumi or any other city you have to go here do not got to the Zugdidi bus Station cause no Marshrutkas there and the ticket cost you 12 Georgian 🇬🇪 Lari

  Train station is not comfortable, there is no clean restroom :(
  Only that works properly is schedule of trains:)Trains run to Tbilisi and all stops on the way. Night trains are also available, and are the most popular way to get from Tbilisi to Zugdidi, since the marshrutkas to Mestia are coordinated with them. Night train from Zugdidi to Tbilisi departs 22:15, arrival in tbilisi at 6:33.
  Evening train from Zugdidi to Tbilisi departs at 18:15, arrival in tbilisi at 23:40.
  Morining train form Tbilisi to Zugdidi departs at 08:10, arrival in Zugdidi at 13:25.
  Nigth train departs from Tbilisi at 21:45, Arrival of night train in Zugdidi is at 6:25 (as of 2014). Marshrutkas and buses are also available to most major cities in Georgia.

  Не хочу никого обижать, но это курятник чистой воды Одну звезду накинул только по тому, что туалет оказался бесплатным (хоть и дверь не закрывалась в нем). Везде все на грузинском, не смотря на то, что это большой город и важный транспортный узел для туристов. Грязно, пусто, ни о чем.

  В кассе всё написано на грузинском. Мне продали билет не тот, который я хотела. Здание вокзала в плохом состоянии. Пандус низкий - трудно поднимать вещи в поезд
