The receptionist can't speak English didn't help me despite having an appointment for an MRI. She trying to tell me to wait 4 hours because of "some mistake" which actually was her for ignoring me despite me using Google translate to tell her about the appointment. She had zero ambition or any motivation to try to help me. Other staff here speak good English. She's basically the only essential person who can't speak English. Definitely need a receptionist who can at least try to understand foreign patients.

Arguably the best hospital in Georgia, with excellent staff at ER department. Most doctors have good bedside manners, and wait time is tolerable compared to other local hospitals. The only downside is they don't have maternity department.

Having gotten an appointment with an ophthalmologist for 1:20 PM, I was told to arrive one hour early. I arrived at 12:40 PM, and proceeded to check in by taking a number, 344. As soon as I sat down, number 347 flashed up. I went to the desk and showed them my number, and they then got me number 356. No one, at the desk had English adequate to explaining what was going on. This held true for the next two examination rooms to which I was directed. Finally, I arrived at the doctor's office, but was told to wait out in the hall. At around 1:45 PM (30 minutes after my appointment was to have begun) I went to ask what was the holdup. I was told that the doctor was in surgery and wouldn't return until 3 at the earliest. When asked why I was scheduled for a time when the doctor was in surgery, they said they did not know. I left and did not see the doctor.
