  We booked from advance a car, sent out document copies and received via email that our car was booked. When we arrived at the office they said that they gave away our car because we did not confirm via email or phone. It is true that they called me once the day before the car was booked but I missed the call and when I called back I couldn't make the call to their number. We were told that they sent us 3 emails and we did not confirm via email. I thought that I did not need to confirm a confirmation email from their side stating "you car has already been booked". There was nowhere in their emails stated that they needed a confirmation.
