  A low-key way to get some exercise, climbing the stairs, and enjoying the stillness of this monastery's chapel in its cave out of which water trickles from the the rocky wall of the Kvirila River gorge. You might find a worship service in project, so just move slowly and respect the quiet. The little shop with religious items might be open, and when you walk through the passageways you'll eventually come upon a place carved from the rock displaying a skull. All part of the experience. The monastery closes to visitors at 4pm.
