Very unprofessional and rude !! I was in emergency in a very bad condition instead if calling doctors they were laughing and communicate as they are in cafette as nothing happened ! I told them its very urgent and i have oain in chest and maybe it can be urgent and they told me we are busy now, manager was with them and there was no reaction !!! I don’t recommend anyone !

My expectations regarding this clinic was much higher than the reality that I met there. Receptionist girls are worst and they deliver very bad service. You totally feel obliged like they were doing sth for free or even for cheap. Doctors attitude is not wonderful easier. I tried two docs there. The first one was very inattentive and it felt like I was in the police department being questioned and charged. The second one was much much better. However; service desk still sucks a lot. It is one of the most expensive hospital in Tbilisi and the price is not really reflected in the quality of the service. So, all in all, it is not worth the price you pay for the medical service.

Although their orthopaedic department can be proud to have three excellent surgeons on board, the rest of the hospital is useless. Wait time can beat any records. Personnel at the reception is rude and unprofessional. Rudeness of the radiologist who took X-rays was bordering aggression. Almost no one speaks basic English. Staff members sneaking their friends to doctors while other patients are waiting in line. Prices considerably higher than in other hospitals in Tbilisi. Not worth going there unless you have ripped your cartilage.

We had experience with some of the doctors at Medi Club Georgia in December 2016. Almost none of the doctors that we met could speak a decent English. Some stated that they could speak English, but in fact their ability was limited to "yes" and "no". Many were rude as well. Also, to our surprise, the ultrasonographer refused to give us a print of the sonography, explaining the report (only in Georgian) was sufficient. The overall cleanliness of the clinic was also questionable. Strong smell of cigarettes almost everywhere. Definitely not recommended.
