  Quiet Cozy place, small rooms but clean, we had a nice view of the city. The staff was really welcoming warm and friendly, specially the young guy working mostly nights, never got his name but his service was top notch! Also, breakfast is included with your stay and you won’t leave hungry neither disappointed , very tasty and huge breakfast! I would definitely come back and recommend it. Thank you Lowell hotel

  10 items for breakfast at least. Filled me up until 5pm. Simply fantastic. Breakfast starts at 9am. Very clean room but toilet in room #1 stank terribly of drains and worse. Free tea coffee. BBC and CNN. The hill up to there is steep and long. Hiking paths to the tv tower and amusement park start close by.

  Stayed here for almost a week.
  Personnel is very friendly and hospitable. On a local scale it’s reasonably priced and well cleaned. Rooms are small but comfortable, bathrooms are clean. Breakfast they serve is huge and delicious. It takes about 10 mins to walk down to Rustaveli street. Very happy with time we spent there!

  They overbooked us, didnt provide us the room that we booked. Moved us to another hotel where the room was worse (particularly bathroom). The location is horrible, you need to climb us the hill for 15 min from the metro station
