Great place to stay in Borjomi, cosy room and delicious homemade breakfast. also Leo is very passionate guide and organises awesome trips around Borjomi :)

Leo is superfriendly person with fluent english. You can feel actual georgian family atmosphere. He can also arrange best tours for his guests. Last but not least his Mother breakfasts are unforgetable, especially pancakes with homemade jam.

Leo is very hospitable and friendly as well as he is a remarkable tourist guide. His mother prepares best pancakes ever. I always stay here during my visits to Georgia.

Nice place very close to the center of the town. Marina (Leo's mother) met us and explained where are the best places to eat, what to see and where to go. Had a very good stay for 2 nights in summer, but sometimes it was a bit noisy

Some of the guidebooks gloss over the fact that this guesthouse can get very crowded. On the other hand, hostess Marina's breakfasts are unbeatable: pancakes with homemade preserves, luscious tomatoes and more.
