One day Kazbegi tour starts at 9am and ends at 9pm (as it has been promised)
It is poorly organized. No proper windows for lunch and dinner. Guests are supposed to think about food on their own, reminding driver to stop somewhere for having meal.
Our car broke in the middle of the mountain. We wasted 20-30 minutes to wait for a change. First driver supposed to fix it while we were exploring Trinity church, but it took much longer and we wasted more time in the middle of the village.
But the main issue came with manager Kartlos, who didn't even tried to call us, calm down or aplogize, while we were helplessly wondering, how long it's going to take more. When I called him on my own and gently expressed my discontent, asking him to propose some kind of solution, he was laughing at me, swaggering with cursing and treatening me with physical offence.
Eventually we arrived 1,5 hours later promised time.
Seventh time in Georgia for me, I was guiding my guests first-timers. Kartlos really spoiled our evening with his behavior, didn't even try to apologize. Actually, one of the worst experiences in Georgia for me so far.response / report this review
