Lazy rude staff .. small uncomfortable beds .. wi fi not working no hot water .. staff noisy busy street outside

It's a joke to call this place the hotel. Dirty towels, disguisting bathroom and the staff unable to communicate in English and to receive our negative feedback about the stay. Although we booked two rooms with balconies we got the information that they are not available (we ve seen that there was at least one with balcony but Russian guyes got them although they arrived after us). As we did not receive rooms that we ordered we should not have paid the same price for two rooms without a view and balcony, the staff claimed that there is no difference in the price - although it s enough to log into booking to prove them wrong, however they know their own minds. If you want to deal with an unpleasant people being angry with you because you asked for a clean towel and a toilet paper (there was none) and being cheated by them, that s definitely a perfect place for you. It was a bussiness trip. Me and my colegues were plesantly suprised by conference rooms of this hotel. Got free coffee and fruits, the wifi worked very well.

The location and the grounds are lovely. Everything is quite clean. The beach and city center access is easy.
