It is horrible place, in the rooms is very bad smell, and some turkish people taking rooms for two tree hours and taking with them some b ladies, really horrible I couldn't stay there more then one hour, I booked another hotel to stay there.

Hotel is cheap and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is not bad. Location is great.

The room is bad with broken furniture and not good at all. The room ac not working well. The toilet shower door is broken etc.

Все супер. Отличное расположение. Архитектура дизайн исполнение европейский отель. Хозяин и персонал самое доброжелательное отношение. Кафе на крыше отличный вид на Батуми и море.

Our stay was short but sweet. Though the hotel is central and between 5 to 10 minutes walk to many tourist areas, it is a little hard to find if you are not familiar with the city. Nevertheless the hotel was clean , beautifully arranged and the staff was great. We were pleasantly surprised and happy that they spoke a little English. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there again in the future.
However a warning to the management, be careful of the 'taxi drivers' that your company associates with. Our recent encounter with one such driver saw us stranded on our way back to Tbilisi as the driver wanted to extort us for US dollars after an agreed price was quoted. We had to find another means of transportation.
