  Very friendly and helpful people are working there. However,
  The walls are apparently made of paper - I could hear every step and word of my neighbours!
  One rain and no electricity! But you get a candle...

  I want to thank every staff in this hotel, you are awesome! I felt that I am surrounded by my family, the girls on the reception are very friendly and helpful in every situation, good breakfast, great location, wonderful roof top view in front of Sameba Churche. Thank you for solving our problem to stay 7 persons in your hotel! Best Regards from Lebanon!!!

  Very nice hotel. Tasty breakfast, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Great view of the city and the Sameba church from the terrace as well.

  Got room that smelled sewage (problems with drains in bathroom). The hotel tried fixing it with chlorine. Ended up with both of us getting serious headaches the next morning. The hotel offered us other room of lower standard without any compensation. We chose this room instead of the sewage room. When we asked to simply get refunded the price difference between the two rooms for only one night they were hesitent. They did so only after us insisting that this was the least they could do after the whole chlorine/sewage smell adventure. When you ruin both a night and a day for your guests you need to offer up some form of compensation and when you even are reluctant to refund the price difference between a worse room and the one we ordered then 1 star it is.
  
  Also the chlorine ruined one of my socks! They did not even clean up properly. Lucky for them it was just a sock.
