Really great staff. They welcome graciuosly helping my needs. Good affordable taxi service, bringing tea to room and off menu items at breakfast. The accomdations are good, room size for 2 nice. I underatand they will put in an elevator, so those where this matters ask for the 2nd floor. Better toiletries would be good, but adequate. Good location, walkable 10 minutes plus to Liberty Square, Galleria, Metro and Old City. Definitely would return for the value, cleanliness and comfort.

The hotel is actually really nice. our stay was amazing. The furniture is really nice, room was super clean, breakfast was wonderful, the room views are incredible. Most of all, the service was perfect - our host Marina was so nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel. Stayed there for 1 day and the staff is very polite. The receptionist Tamara will tell you everything you need to know about Tbilisi.

My wife and I were staying in this hotel 5 days in early June 2015.
The hotel is located in the Old City not far from the Statue of Liberty and the center of activity.
Cleanliness very high level there. The feeling is very pleasant, delicious breakfast and modern, the staff there was very kind, efficient and showed a willingness to help me in any respect I had.
Just no words.
I'm sure, if I go back again to Tbilisi, I will stay there again.

The hotel is an excellent location close to the center
Recommended - we were a family with children and always responded to all our request.
