Good facilities but the owner seems to think she is doing you a favour by letting you stay and pay her. She warmed-up by day 2 but I was ready to cancel my booking after her 'welcome'.

Very beautifull entrance, spacious rooms and walking distance to the center. Also the rooms and shared bathroom are very clean.

The owner is a friendly, hospitable woman, she provided us with a taxi (for extra charge of course), an enormous breakfast. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and neat. Thank you for your work.

Ни за что не останавливайтесь здесь!!! Отель на самом деле отличный, но хозяйка это просто ужас, она кричала на нас потому что мы пришли не в то время, что указано в бронировании, потом кричала за то что мы пили на кухне вино, а потом самый апогей в отеле прорвало трубу и мы проснулись от криков хозяйки:"Зачем вы это сделали, больше никогда вас не впущу" и т.д., по итогу оказалось что просто прорвало трубу, но даже внятных извинений не последовало. Максимально ужасное отношение к людям, максимально не гостеприимно и в целом это очень испортило впечатление об отдыхе в Грузии

The hotel is very clean and you get comfortable and quite spacious rooms for a really outstanding reasonable price. Hostess Leyla is helpful and arranges everything you need, provides a lot of info about kutaisi and surrounding area. I stayed there for two nights before my flight and she got me a good and cheap transfer to the airport. Can recommend
