After our good experience last year with all the good service and uncomplicated employees we decided to book a car this year at GSS Cars again. The car was provided to us on time in Tbilisi and picked up in Kutaisi at our place. Though the car was a bit old but in technically perfect circumstances.
I can really recommend this service and I would rent a car here again.

Fantastic customer service and overall experience. I had a few questions, and Salome responded promptly to all emails. She is fantastic. They delivered the Land Cruiser (seating up to 7) to our place free of charge and allowed enough time for a thorough inspection. We drove hundreds of miles in 6 days and everything was in perfect working order. Normal interior wear, nothing was broken or missing and all passengers reported the leather seats were very comfortable. Kudos to GSS for keeping it in good nick! Would absolutely recommend.

When planning our first visit to Georgia, we were hesitant to rent a car. Our friends highly recommended a local agency, GSS Car Rental, and, here, too, we were hesitant. Maybe we should go with a big international agency?? Well, in the end, we decided to go with GSS Car Rental. Ordering a 4X4 was super easy through the company's website. When we called directly, there was an immediate response with a REAL person. This made the whole process so delightful! Picking up and dropping off the car was also a very easy and pleasurable experience. The 4X4 Duster was clean and fuel efficient and took us to many places we would not be able to reach otherwise. All in all, we highly recommend GSS Car Rental! The rental fee is much less than the big international agencies and the intimate one on one service is unbeatable.

Great experience and good service. We rented a 4WD car for almost two weeks. Prices are unbeatable and even if you don't get a brand new car like at AVIS or Hertz, the cars GSS rent work fine and do perfectly their duty. In case you've an issue they're also pretty quick to help out and replace the car if needed. Should we do another tour in Georgia, I'd definitely rent again through GSS :)

Had a great experience, from the moment of ordering the service on the phone to the moment of handing the car keys back! Car was clean, in good technical condition, Erekle was very polite, with good communication skills in English as well explaining everything we asked and was at place in time when returning the car. I wish this company good luck and will use the service again. As for the price, it was very moderate and worth it! Thank you!!!

Was able to rent a Toyota 4x4 with ease. Customer service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable about the city and country, and have maps and suggestions for your trip. Very affordable and great customer service! I highly recommend this agency.

Excellent service, delivered the car on time at the airport. For drop off I had a problem to find their head office in the down town they came to collect the car. I noticed the next day that I forgot my camera in the car I called them to ask them to check, after 10 min they called me back to inform that they have found it and that I can come to collect it.

Great experience of car rental in the heart of Tbilisi!
Administration speaks English an Russian quite well and responds on the Skype messages promptly.
The registration was quick, and the man on the desk told me much about places to go. Also they had map booklets of each Georgian region for free.
The car was comfortable, tidy and reliable - that made our trip in Georgia wonderful.
Thanks a lot!
P. S. Just a friendly recommendation to administration: the collection of various music on CD/DVD would be very helpful due to the radio doesn't work well in mountain regions and there is no USB/AUX inputs =)
