My dish was not as it supposed to be. Did not get what We have ordered had to go to main desk to remind them. Got changes after waiting 15 minutes. Btw place was not crowded at all. Guys working there was just standing and watching soccer.

I came here during off season, between lunch and dinner rush, with a large party of 27, and the restaurant was empty. A third of our dishes had not yet arrived 2 hours later. We found out that the kitchen was missing ingredients, not consolidating orders and was making each dish one by one, and generally being inefficient. The two waiters had to go out to buy ingredients for our meal. Two hours after we ordered, the 3 chefs started kneading the dough for our khinkalis. In addition, the servers got several orders wrong and we just ended up eating what came out of the kitchen because we were so hungry.
While the food was not bad, the service was appalling. Perhaps this was because many of the staff only work in the tourist season, but whatever the reasons, this restaurant isn't ready to serve more than 10 people within a reasonable amount of time.response / report this review -

I went into the restaurant a guy working for the restaurant was smoking and was not attentive. It was cold and dark like a cave.

The service is good, fast, and waitress really polite. Great decoration, seats and tables. We were really satisfied by the food, particularly by the katchapuri. A little bit less satisfied by the meat, but there is a huge quantity of it !

All style and no substance. It looked like a nice place to stop for dinner, sadly the food was not great. Adjarian khatapuri was mediocre, our tkemali never arrived and the phali was frozen in the middle. The main issue was that our vegetarian dolma actually arrived with meat inside - they were immediately swapped out but we were not a happy table of vegetarians!

Tasty food,pleasant interior,friendly staff. the best price-quality correlation we've found in Batumi so far. A very sweet waitress even gave my little son a soup on the house once and switched the tv to a children channel,though i didn't even ask! ;) I'd definitly recommend pork ojakhuri (roasted pork with potatos,paprika and onion),all sorts of hachapuri and chicken in creamy sauce with garlik. on the other hand,all of the dishes we've tried there i'd have ordered again :)
