Great place to spend a weekend. The food was good, the hotel also offers 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar and tours around Georgia. Also, Borjomi is only 3 hrs drive from Tbilisi

We had to complain to get a decent room. Initially, they wanted to give us a room towards the backyard, with no view and very dark. It took quite some time and efforts to get satisfaction.
Apart from that, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the place and surroundings a lot.response / report this review -

Rude staff. First off they tried to put us in a tiny dark room with 2 separate beds when we'd booked a double room. Second, we ordered room service. Was told it would take 25 minutes. After 1 hour we called reception, woman said it must have been delivered to wrong room and hung up on my husband. Room service then delivered the same now stone cold food to us. We said we didn't want it anymore. They told us we gave the wrong room number so it was our fault. The waiter said he would have to pay for it himself and made no move to take the food back or leave the room until we said we'll still pay for it at check out. At checkout time, no apology given when we told them what happened and money was just demanded. All the while the staff at the desk were clearly bitching about us. The owner of this hotel must treat his staff horribly in order for them to be so arrogant towards paying guests.

For sure Value of Money. Location is nice. Outside view is great. A big variety available for Breakfast. Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Although Laundry charges are too much.

A great place to relax Enjoy the beauty of borjomi.
The indoor pool was amazing but deep for my height.
The food was great.
The only problem was the customer service was not the best.

You can't say it's a 4 star hotel. We and people from two other rooms found bathroom/toilet was broken. Price is not match at all also for many other reasons. This place is good for people who is nostalgic about old soviet sanatoriums.

Didn't stay here (looks very good though).
BUT - their resturant is the best in town, food's so delicious (chicken grilled from frozen state and served a bit "alive", but waiters corrected it) and live performance.
