Stayed for four nights along with family and friends on vacation. The Property is located in the center of New Tbillisi. There is a Spar Supermarket, Mcdonald's, Wendy's near the Hotel. Within walkable distance 10 mins from hotel there is shopping street with good shopping options.

The rooms are located in 14th, 15th and 16th floor with nice views of the city. The rooms were quite spacious for a family of four with enough space for additional bed. The room and bathroom was very clean and quite well maintained.

The breakfast served was good with decent options and our group enjoyed the same. The staff was very helpful and friendly and was willing to assist us with all our requirements and made our stay pleasant.

Overall our experience was very good and highly recommend the hotel for both business and family trips.

Me and my family had an excellent time in the above property. Staff very friendly, professional and warm. Though our stay was for 4 nights and 5 days, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would love to visit again in summer 2018 !!! — Jai Hind

Tbilisi Art Hotel was a gem. All the staff were wonderful, and Marta Dartsimelia, Asst to the Front Office Manager was among the top hotel staff of any hotel I have stayed at (must be more than 500 now). She was cheerful, helpful, and really went out of her way to be nice and attentive. Marta is the kind of employee that I strive to hire.

Wrong part of the city. Area around hotel is a disaster. Hotel run down. Breakfast not fresh. Staff friendly and english spoken. Hotel overpriced.

Nice and spacious rooms. All of them are in the 15 storie business center building. 14-15 floors. So it takes some time to get on the elevator and back. The view outside windows is nice if you don't look close and see some run down apartment buildings. Breakfast is on a budget side. They also give you access to a nice gym in the same building which is packed with people all the time. Also the lobby of this building is quite smoky almost always.

The hotel offered the basic services which were totally satisfied my needs. During my visit there was a big renovation in front of the hotel and the lobby so I cannot find easily the entrance. Altogether it was a good stay.
