Beautiful place for tea perverts to come and relax. Suit on a balcony with your hands in the tree tops or enjoy the beautiful rooms inside. Service seems great (especially for the Caucuses!) and the tea is top notch and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, great tea selection, and lovely atmosphere. The tea is well prepared, not over steeped and tastes just right. A great place for tea lovers. They also serve a variety of other beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Great food and wine.
They also have many other drinks ( alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
The most special thing about this place is the decoration with laundry. It's really cosy and friendly.
They aslo have an endless menu of different teas. Plus waffle !

Great little cozy restaurant with EXCELLENT service. I think the only place in town that they come to your table right away and ask you if you need to order or get a drink. Food is pretty good. I would say better as a lunch. They have iced tea which is great since I need my Iced tea. It is quite smoky , but certain times of the year is good to get out on the balcony and not breath 20 packs of cigarettes. Whoever is managing the restaurant needs to run around and train all the other managers in this city on how to treat the customers. Good service is about 98% in restaurants in US, but more like 2% in Georgia.

I adore this place. Amazing pancakes and waffles, huge choice of hot&cold tea and other drinks, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, it needs to be cleaner/fresher on the floor 0, though. It has nonsmoking and smoking areas. Prices are not high, relevant to service.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It's a very peaceful and beautiful. Every piece of decoration is careful chosen and placed. The layout is well-thought as well, there are several rooms and a balcony; the lighting is a little dim, creating an illusion of a cozy home. The choice of tea is great. They have every flavor I wanted and some more.
