Very nice and low budget hotel with bathrooms ensuite which is not common in Georgia. The owner is very friendly and inviting. There is a restaurant in the same building with pretty decent food. Good location, super close to the bus station and a short walking distance to Rabati Castle.

Excellent location and right in the centre. Despite the accommodation and the facilities were looked quite old, the hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with clean towels, private bath, WiFi and so on.
The owner could speak only little English, but was very nice. It's definitely a value for money stay.response / report this review -

Buon albergo. Praticamente davanti alla stazione degli autobus. Una ventina di minuti dalla fortezza. Il proprietario è molto gentile.

Nice room - very clean and great beds/pillows/duvet. Good WiFi. Cheap laundry. Nice touch of a fresh khachapuri on arrival. The restaurant downstairs is cheap and very good!

We only had lunch here. Dirty and damaged seating and table, over-greased and over-salted food. Moderate portions. Not recommended.
