Very good service, new cars. Very big office which is located in the international airport ( arrival hall). Staff was very friendly. I was explained about all terms and conditions. If you are travelling to Georgia i recommend you to rent a car with Hertz. Good job guys thank you

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was correct and checked.. and we were happy with the pick-up and drop-off. They organised all the border documentation for Georgia-Armenia and were great with customer service support over the phone when we had a flat tire in Mestia. We were even allowed a later drop-off due to the roads being busy through the border and the road quality being fixed up in some places in Georgia. We are very grateful for the great level of English the staff had and their super support. Highly recommended!

Fantastic car rental company. We experienced here very friendly and helpful staff. We could arrange border crossing and drop off at a different location without a problem. The customer service (Ana) is amazing. She replies so fast and acts extremely professional. I would book Hertz immediately again.

Took a car on 12 September. Now it’s already a month from the rent date, but my deposit hasn’t been returned.
- Cars condition is really bad.
- Phones are always busy.
My advise to choose another rental company.response / report this review
