The branch on the Carenage, I called and asked for breadsticks, after I was told that they are available, I was told to come by in 25 minutes. I reached to that branch and was on time, when I got in the cashier told me that I have to wait an extra 15 minutes, I left to make an errand and returned 20 minutes later. When I returned the the young lady who answers the phone told me to my face that I never called or ordered any breadsticks, then had the audacity to asked if I was sure that I called Pizza Hut on the Carenage and not the branch in Grand Anse, after she was the one who answered and said " Pizza Hut, Carenage". I said I was sure I came down because I was told I had to wait 25 minutes, plus another 15. I got so upset at the level of unprofessional behavior that I just went home. I think management needs to hire people who actually care and know what they are about, I have received better customer service at Rick's Cafe and KFC..

ordered for delivery at 530pm was supposed to arrive at 7. Time is now 8:07 still no pizza, and they will not answer the phone. Service is mediocre at best. Will update if pizza comes.

UPDATE: received pizza at 8:22 pm, they forgot one of the toppings, and the breadsticks taste like tree bark. Probably won't be ordering here again.

Just terrible. Undercooked, almost raw dough. Atrocious customer service. We only got 8 wings instead of 12 and when we questioned it, we were told the menu, the website and our receipt were all wrong, that it actually is only 8 you get. Go somewhere else, it is so over prices for a terrible experience.

The service is extremely slow waiting almost an hour and 30 minutes for 2 personal pan pizza I don't think so. The meat lovers pizza tasted good but not 90 minutes waiting time good. Also the staff are very unprofessional joking and chatting with each other while customers have to wait to place orders.

let me paint the picture for you: on the eve of my path midterm i beckon the good people of pizza hut for two pizza pies. the time read, 548 pm. with much hope they told me an ETA of one hour. fast forward to 7:47 pm i anxiously call pizza hut inquiring about the location of my hopeful yummies. the woman informed me that the delivery man had departed st. georges for my destination. another hour of painstaking hunger, anticipation, and now great sadness passes to which i ring this establishment for a third time. the woman was not happy to hear from me. she told me that it was indeed coming despite now waiting for three hours. with a heavy heart and an empty belly i retrieved to alternative foods. as i am waiting for these here foods i see in the distance the pizza hut car. my heart sinks. a tear is shed. i anticipate a phone call from the man i am so desperate to hear from. the phone is silent. the screen is black. there was no call. there was no pizza. but there was great despair as i watched both my grade and the only source of happiness i had for the day drive off. it is upon the recommendation of Co to never order delivery from this abomination of an establishment because you will be forgotten. we ordered delivery. they did not deliver.

it nice place to hang out.the lady i meet there that dealt with me was pleasant and friendly and she even choose a drink of choice for me while i waited for my breadstick.and is like she read my mind on the drink (i guess u wondering what that drink is) i got to say pizza hut yur breadstick WIN. i love it

This is about pizza hut grand Anse. You have to wait for atleast 45 min to get your order. And then you get an overbaked, burnt pizza with rotten veggies!! Shocked at Pizza hut quality n service delivery. Most atrocious I ever had.

Customer service is at the bottom. It seems as if the servers don''t want to work there. Attitudes and behavior needs to be adjusted toward a more friendly atmosphere. The service is very slow regardless of time of day.

Customer service could be better. We got attitude when we asked if they had hamburger topping, and then there was no marinara with the cheese sticks. When we called, we got told there was "no way" we could get any. They didn't bother explaining why. This pizza is very expensive to have zero customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised, the food and price was good, service was good, restaurant could have been cleaner, however we asked for the table to be wiped and it was done in no time, the bathroom was also clean. However we were told 10 minutes which turned into more like half hour. I would definitely go back

I've had friends wait for 3 hours for their pizza to be delivered, their excuse? - they couldn't reach them on the phone-my friends were in their house with full service. Also just called to get their special, the carnival, they said it is no longer being served.TAKE IT OFF THE MENU THEN. Smh
