Love the bar b q wings
Great for what they had, when I went they were missing quite a bit. I'm not a picky eater so that helps.
Hard and very thin but the service is good taste 5/10
Besides the long wait time to get food. The Stromboli was delicious ❤️
The service should be faster
Great pizzas and lovely staff
The Pizza Hut in St Georges is an exercise in expectations. If you expect a full Pizza Hut dining experience as would be found in the US, you will be disappointed. This is an indoor Pizza Hut-themed and backed Caribbean takeout counter. There are no typical trappings of a sit down restaurant; you will not receive table service or dishes and cutlery at the table. You will walk in, stand in line, order some food (including unique Carenage menu items) and wait at a table for your name to be called. The drinks are Grenadian Schweppes, "Swee' Drink", and some malt beer, I believe. And Coca Cola (no diet). The only amenities present are restrooms and a garbage can. Prepare to be surrounded by schoolchildren in the afternoon; the place is packed with them. No-nonsense service, they will apologize and fix their errors, on-hand pizza slices were satisfyingly good.
The service was rapid and the food was good for the price that you had to pay
Gave me diarrhea. Nice customer service but poor selections and did not even have the specials advertised. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Reasonably priced - value for your money.
Consistent flavor and service. While mostly friendly, the service is usually very slow. And they invariably do not offer me marinara sauce with my cheese sticks, I have to ask. Today I was told they are out. Wait Isn't that just pizza sauce? How can you be out?
Very slow but my son loves the pizza so
Bleh. Slightly better than most here, like Rick's, the Italian guy who is where the big fish used to be, and more (or less, lol). Nice that it was delivered, but $75ec?
These people are special.. in a bad way I call their number (confirmed by google maps and the people that work there) and they answer the phone by saying "PIZZA HUT GRAND ANSE" I subsequently place my order. They tell me that pick up time is about 20 minutes. I say OK, thank you. 20 minutes later, I walk in to the PIZZA HUT in GRAND ANSE, and say "I'm here to pick up an order" They proceed to tell me that the order was placed and prepared in the Downtown St. George /Carenage location puzzled, I look around, and wonder. how could I actually expect a seamless experience in Grenada, even when ordering a pizza?
So for future customers (myself included) because, let's face it there aren't many other options around, confirm (probably multiple times) with the kind lady or gentleman that takes your phone order which (out of the TWO, yes only TWO) location your pizza will be waiting for you. This is an avoidable tragedy.
The food taste great my only problem was waiting to get the food
It a great place to meet and greet yea
Totally unsat, took a call and said a hour wait. Two hours later they don't even answer their phone after 30 minutes of calling. They need to fire all those worthless employees.
Great pizza but a bit of a long wait
Worthless organization that never has what they advertise on their menu. To top it off their customer service is horrendous and they give you attitude instead of pizza. I’ve literally been told that I can’t get my order because they don’t have medium or large sizes. What are you even selling then?! This franchise is a stain on the brand of Pizza Hut.
that's pizza doesn't taste good!
Small place. Good pepperoni pizza. Free WiFi works.
Great service and hospitality at this place on most days. The waiting time can be long on other days.
It is a nice place for pizza
Waiting time is too long for fast food
They say they don't deliver literally on the most random days. I called at 815PM and they say "no delivery today" and then I follow up with, "okay, when do you stop deliveries?". lady on phone just says "hold on" is gone for a minute and a half and come back and says "10EC to deliver".. I ask "okay.so do you deliver tomorrow", she says "I'm not sure". Don't bother with this place like many other restaurants on the island. Rude people, terrible customer service, if you even call it that, and to add insult to injury, prices are astronomical.
The customer service there is simply not up to standard
Food tastes great and reasonable pricing
The customer service isn't the best but good food for the price.
Great foodJust had to wait on the order, will call to place an order the next time.
Poor customer service and very long wait to get food
American-style pizza plus some Grenadian-themed pizzas. Located right on the Carenage, don't skip this place!
