Staff are friendly but the company needs to do more in terms of their products. Mainly pricing, rates and internet services.

very bad customer service - either in store than online - unable to fix text message on pre-paid plan - stating you need to add money on your balance even if you still have plenty of minutes , data and sms remaining in your plan -

    Dear Mr Pitt,

I confirm that we seems to be enjoying the good fortune of a working telephone and internet service since last restored on 13 January 2018 a period of six weeks. Although the internet was partly operational at the time, the service can be described as poor!!

I was told that an adjustment was made, taking into account the number of days without service and credited to my account. I trust this will be carried out automatically.

Now that my service is operational, I’m still concern about issues previously raised. This concern service failure, reporting and poor customer service provision and feedback.

Back in January 2015, I raised issues relating to the reporting of service failure and the need to have a “Customer Complaint Procedure” on your website, allowing your customers to log their dissatisfaction and have someone responsible look into matters. The response was, yes we are in the process of considering this. Now, having experienced service failure again in December 2017, I examined your website and, no dedicated customer complaint procedure or avenue to log a complaint on poor service.

You cannot therefore credit your company as being customer oriented or focused, seeking feedback and learning from mistakes when these key items are missing. From looking critically at your website, what your company seems good at is its focus on generating revenue from customers through various plans and add-on's, and to hell with customer service. You may obviously differ in your opinion.

My suggestion therefore, is to have a look at a well-run utility company such as Grenlec’s website. Under contact, you will see four headings, one of which is “Feedback and Complaints”. I see no reason why your company cannot have a similar process implemented.

How can you improve, meet customers need and expectations, measure success, if you do not seek feedback from your customers. Are these things not happening because Grenadians don’t complain, just sit back and say “what can we do” “they have the monopoly”!!!

Well, I’ve said my bit. It’s up to you to deliver.

Their service is terrible, internet is completely slow and fluctuates constantly, even if you were to upgrade to their other plans for broadband they are still terrible and extremely overpriced. The sad thing about this is that they don't even try to fix their services all they care about s the money and not the customers. They are only in continued business as they have a natural monopoly. Completely and utterly terrible.

Their services slow and low quality while their prices are high.the only reason they are still around and able to get away with this is that a practically have the monopoly.i mean come on if the people at flow were being ripped off as much as we are by someone else thy would hate it too.
