I’m giving this 3 stars mostly because of the atmosphere. It’s set in a beautiful resort but the food and drinks just don’t measure up. We went for lunch and started with an appetizer. We had the ceviche which was okay, not super fresh and I didn’t finish it. I ordered a papaya daiquiri and it was basically a papaya smoothie without alcohol or anything else but papaya. I asked if the bartender had added any and the waiter said he’d bring me a shot but I guess he forgot. I reminded him again and by the time he brought it, I had drank half of it so the shot made it too strong and again I didn’t finish it. My entree was nachos which were okay except for the cheese sauce- in my opinion it doesn’t belong on Mexican food. My husband had chicken quesadillas which also came with cheese sauce inside. The sour cream that came with our meals was curdled and lumpy as well. They do have good beer though. We enjoyed the West Indies Dockside from the local brewery.
We visited in May 2018 for evening meal. We are a couple.
Each night is a different theme, we went for street food night during the chocolate festival . It was busy and noisey. The food is laid out buffet style, although there are servers. You can walk around and decide what you think you'd like to eat and the prices are displayed on the tables. Then you buy tickets to the value you will need. Then you exchange tickets for your choice of food.
It was a great night. We had not booked, but got there early. I had chicken and my boyfriend had pork ribs, both in a honey/ ginger bbq sauce . There was plenty of meat on both. I had spaghetti cheese pudding, my boyfriend had chips.
We had a lovely night, very relaxed.
Lovely boutique hotel with plenty of amenities. Highly recommend Street Food Wednesdays with live music starting around 8:30pm. It's a must go!
Open atmosphere on the water with live music. I went on a Wednesday when they have several vendors set up with their food. You purchase tickets and use the tickets to select the foods you want. I tried Oil Down and other local foods and it was great!
Food & service ok but not memorable. Gorgeous setting & very Romantic but 3 errors with the cheque!! & way too expensive for what we received. I was disappointed. Gratuity was more than $108! Live music was good but wouldn't go back or recommend. Much nicer places on the island.
Food was good and atmosphere is nice on the water. One of our orders was very late coming out so be ready to be patient.
Wednesday Night Street Food is a must! The food is great and consist of Bbq, grill, Caribbean and other cuisines! Staff are very polite and helpful. The Live band is amazing! Must go to on Wednesday if you're looking for a good time!
Food was average, service even less desirable.
It's my 1# time here n I love it
Tasty Pizzas. Friendly staff. Good prices.
Everything is BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING😉🇬🇩 will highly recommend ♥️💛💚👌🏽☀️🥥🍹🏊🏼♀️🏝⛱🌅👍🏽
This experience is breath taking.. we will definitely visit again! !
Great entertainment, live music, great atmosphere, rum punch deadly. Great food.
Excellent food, drinks and service. Our waiter, Akim, is a great person and an asset to Dodgy Dock.
Rooms are good and clean, service isn't the best, and restaurant has a lack of vegetarian options
The food was great but the setting was spectacular. The cooking class was very fun. Just watch out for those little birds always trying to share your breakfast
Love the menu, wide range of options at Dodgy; excellent staff and quite affordable. Great atmosphere and view of the ocean.
Great atmosphere but food is pretty mediocre
Good live music, good food, great view. Also nice to get West Indies Beer Company beer
Really chilled bar built out on a decking into the bay. We arrived about 16:30 so too early for dinner service. But got great service for drinks and meals from bar menu.
Found a reasonably priced French sparkling wine. Virgin frozen lemonade a tasty option for the driver. Food was very tasty.
Stayed to watch the sunset.
Plenty of parking out front of True Blue resort. Highly recommended.
