Smoothness & complexity of flavour, both the Pure White & the Special Dark. The dark is great with Coke & lime, & I usually put spices in a fifth of the white, like bois bandé, sea moss, peanuts, tonka beans, bay leaf, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc., then drink it straight in shots. Unbeatable!
