I have been in the real estate business for many years, and I can honestly say, that the only real estate agent that I have met who I would consider to be better than me is my Agent, Ms. Shonta. If I were still in the business, I would hire her immediately. Better yet, I ask her to be a partner in my business.

Shonta, Renee and Trudy are the most professional agents to deal with . Not only are they very pleasant they always provide updates with any changes to leases etc. and address any client landlord issues promptly.

There ability to communicate and to find quality tenants are unparalleled . I find that C21 is also very consistent with working hard to fill vacancies even when things are slow they make there best efforts to keep you aware of what’s going on and being very thorough with the process once a tenant is found.

The agents are very talented and most of all I like the fact that they keep a communication channel going so you will always remember the C21 agents.

I would highly recommend them to anyone

About 3 years ago, I decided to look for property in Grenada and reached out to Century 21 to assist me. I was put in contact with Paula LaTouche who took me around every time I visited Grenada. It took me about 2 years to find my dream home but Paula was patient and guided me every step of the way. I finally closed on my house a few weeks ago and I’m eternally grateful for the professionalism and assistance I was shown by Paula and Century 21. If you’re in the market for property in Grenada, Century 21 is the first call you need to make!

Working with Century 21 to find our new home was indeed a blessing. Beverly(our agent) worked very hard making every step easy and understandable for my husband and I. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Century 21 Grenada.

We worked with Shonta, and she was incredible. She was extremely helpful, gave us a tour of the house the day after calling to inquire about it. Within a week we had signed the lease, paid the deposit, and finalized everything.

They even picked us up from campus and dropped us off. A+++ experience thanks!!!

This is an unsolicited recommendation and complement to Grenada's C21. Their staff is exceptional. These are talented, fast-working, and fast-minded people who multitask as well as, and as courteously as any I've ever worked with in real estate, both as a seller and renter. Whether by phone call or e-mail this office will reply if not same-day then late the same night or by the next day. Staff follows up to make sure tenants are happy even after the deal is done and the contract signed. In other words C21 is passionate for and proud of what they do and how well they do it.

I have worked with two staff at C21 but most closely with Shonta Duncan who exemplifies all the above. Simply put, working with C21, and with Shonta, means working with people who want to excel for their clients. This is so even where clients are counter-parties to the same agreement. C21 is honest, professional, and a joy to work with fine people who manifestly pride themselves in doing a fine job.

Local guide level3 review. I have to say century 21 provide exceptional customer service, and care. While I am new to the location, they accommodate my situation so well. Their coordination with property owner and potential tenant is of class. Office staffs are very polite. Location of the office easily accessible. Special thanks to ms. Trudy S. for her effort in liaising. Highly recommended for new students coming to settle in the island.

Although I am a national, it was my first property purchase in Grenada. I had a painless experience because of the expertise of my agent, Beverly. I knew I was in good hands from her response to my initial email, to our first meeting, to our celebratory toast! She gave me tips that were invaluable to me (stationed in the US); they made my interactions with the local lending institutions and lawyers a walk in the park. I am very proactive, and the way Beverly operates kept me always a step ahead of the game. We closed on the property in 90 days, and both buyer and seller were happy with the outcome. I would - in fact, I have already recommended her - to some clients. She is knowledgeable about the local market; she listens to you and has an uncanny way of hitting it on the head; she is not pushy but firmly steers you; and she has a wonderfully warm Grenadian personality – which is infectious.

Our Agent Beverly Renwick was a darling, she is honest, witty, sweet and a down to earth Grenadian with a charismatic nature who is extremely helpful. I had made contact with Century 21 Grenada last summer. I met with Beverly Renwick, Sales Manager who visited me at the property I wished to place on sale. Beverly explained the process in full and her thorough approach to the initial visit gave me full confidence that she would do her utmost to provide the appropriate potential purchasers. I returned to the UK and over the last several months she has been to see the property with Century 21 clients and has always kept me informed via email or phone call. My experience with Century 21 Grenada was also my initiation into the world of Real Estate and they sure set a “high bar”. Being my first time seeking property, of any sort, I was delighted by the friendly, responsive, honest nature of the agents at Century 21. The agent I dealt with was Shonta and she was ever so helpful throughout the entire process; with constant contact via phone, email, and even whatsapp. At all times I felt like the agent had my best interest in mind and ultimately wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied. If you are looking to rent or buy, you should check out the website, then contact them, they’ll take care of you.
