Outside guests are welcome at the restaurant, which has a pool and a playground for kids. The ambiance is carefully crafted with beautiful tropical gardens and tasteful sculpture and water features. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is fancy and gives a delicious taste of the spice isle. We had a really lovely time at the poolside bar and grill restaurant.

Excellent home away from home in Paradise. Family run small resort with self catering facilities and fine dining restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely garden setting around pool and suites set on hillside. Bar lunches and dinners available. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walk from a 2 mile long beach and 10 minutes walk from mall with supermarket, bank, pharmacy, cafes.

Small scale resort with friendly staff, beautiful gardens, and casual accommodations. The location here seems odd at first, behind a vacant field and police station, but quickly you'll realize that walking 10 minutes gets you to about 7 restaurants, Umbrellas beach bar, and a wonderful, clean, beach shared by the Spice Island Resort and the Mount Cinnamon Resort cabana - Savvys. The pool is smaller but does have an adjacent bar, although bar staff are untrained, everyone we experienced was very helpful and kind - so you can talk them through how to make a specific cocktail if you're so inclined. The food at the pool bar is weak, lots of options but nothing special, comes from the main restaurant kitchen so the wait is often long. Speaking of food, the restaurant on property has a beautiful view and is open to the public, has three meals a day and good hours - but besides that, the food is mediocre and the breakfast is lacking, coffee is bad, and the food is the same each day - highly suggest walking up the hill to the west and going to the restaurant at Mount Cinnamon Resort called Savvy's, they have better service, a much better stocked bar, and knowledgeable bar staff plus dinner there was much better than anything we ate for a week - besides a small French place towards Wall St, east of the resort. All in all, good location, very friendly staff, but skip the meals on property, and expect casual and mildly underwhelming rooms- though larger than a typical hotel suite, they are outdated. The owner is often on the property and he has connections to tours and hikes directly with guides so you don't have to go through a tour company if you want. I would stay here again.

Ok,this place could do with a cupple of simple touches.
Ie,electric kettle microwave, but I'm just nit picking. The management and staff are 1st class.
Some reviews I've read have said the hotel is in need of some modernisation. I found it to be more than comfortable for my needs. And what bueatiful grounds it's set in.
Oh,and it's kept fantastically clean. What more could you want.

I had the pleasure of dining at La Belle Creole and the service was exceptional. The hostesses were friendly and always ensuring we were satisfied with our meal. And oh the meal! The most unique menu I've come across yet in Grenada. The staff takes local produce (breadfruit, yams, tannia, etc.) and make the most exquisite meal you've ever tasted. I would recommend La Belle Creole to everyone, you won't be disappointed. Kudos to the management and staff of Blue Horizon Garden Resort and I will return to your fine establishment.

The aqua bar and grill restaurant here is amazing! This was my first time coming to Grenada from the U.S. with my wife for our anniversary. Patrina took care of us every time we came for dinner. She was very kind and caring. The owner always came and greeted us and made sure we enjoyed our food. Highly recommend this place and we will be coming back!

My wife and I spent 9 days of our honeymoon at Blue Horizon. When we first arrived we found out that they upgraded our room assignment free of charge! A very kind, generous gesture!

Throughout our stay we enjoyed the helpful and courteous staff, beautiful and well-maintained gardens and facilities, clean and spacious room and the exceptional food!

My wife and I visited many of the highest rated and recommended Grenadian restaurants but we both agree that the two Blue Horizon restaurants- Belle Creole and Aqua Bar- serve some of the absolute best food on the entire island. Kudos to the chefs!

The bed was firm and comfortable, the air conditioning and all the other applicances worked perfectly, the shower provided strong water pressure and heat- essential after a day at the beach.

We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer. I strongly recommend Blue Horizon to anyone considering coming to Grenada. The owner, Arnold Hopkin, is a great host. Whenever he saw us, he took time to say hello and make sure everything was going well. He also even offered to pay for our drinks before we left the resort!

This is an amazing place to stay! It's clean and quiet, a perfect place to recharge. The beach, gift shops and a grocery store are within walking distance and it's close to the airport. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pristine and I was frequently only one of a couple people there. There is a restaurant on the grounds that I highly recommend. If you dine there for breakfast, you will be accompanied by beautiful birds. The rooms come with kitchens too, and you have everything you need to cook for yourself, right down to pots and pans!

Lovely clean and well equipped accommodation including beach towels and free wifi, set in the peaceful surroundings of the most beautifully kept gardens filled with numerous species of birds.
There is a real sense of pride in the way in which this beautiful resort is so well taken care of. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned each day by a friendly member of the staff and the gardens are equally well cared for.
The staff and the owner are wonderfully warm, friendly and welcoming, always discreetly available for your every need but not intrusive at any time.
The poolside has a lovely little bar and restaurant and again is immaculately clean and tidy along with a useful lounge area by the pool that is an amazing little indoor retreat from the rain or the intense sunshine equipped with comfortable furniture and an array of books to take away for a read. We would highly recommend Blue Horizon Gardens to anyone considering a self catering holiday in Grenada especially as there is a really large well stocked supermarket just a 5 minute walk away.
