I'm never gonna go to Axcel Finance for a loan ever again cause they told me to make my employers sign some documents and return to them and the documents was returned in time and they stated it was not so my loan was rejected or cancelled of some sort

I paid off my loan before its matirity date and when i called to confirm if payment was received I was told about hidden fees that was not disclosed in the contract. The terms were fully discussed before the origination of the loan and I was told that if I paid what was agreed before maturity then no fees will be assessed. That turned out to be false.
