Loving seeing what other great producers get up to with our chocolate! You must check out the fabulous Bluebird Bakery in York, Malton & Leeds and sample their brownies made with our Works 63% Colombian chocolate! Great for eating! And brownies!

We've had a fascinating morning exploring the flavours in the chocolate 3 weeks in to our chocolate Manufactory being up and running and the chocolate is changing almost daily. The Meta once breathed is so different to the chocolate freshly made! The banana, baked spice gives way to notes of liquorice and black currant! It's fascinating stuff this chocolate thing! No wonder so many seek to make it all the same! Think you can expect some magical ideas coming from our chocolate kitchen at York Cocoa House over the next few weeks.
