The club was founded in 1988 ,by Brian Smith, who is still coaching at the club today (what a legend!), and is registered as a FA Chartered Standard club playing in the Sheffield & District Junior Leagues and we have teams in every age group starting at under 7's right through to our under 18's side who play under the Hallam FC name, so a great pathway into semi-pro football, playing for one of the oldest teams in the world!
We also have the Little Lions group for players that are between the ages of 3 and 6 years old and are wanting to learn how to play football. Once the children reach the age of 6 they will be fed into the under 7's team to start playing league football.
We believe in good quality coaching so all our coaches are qualified to a minimum of FA Level 1 with many coaches already qualified at FA Level 2.
