First time here. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. The food was excellent used to go to Sullivan's but will not be returning there.

Made a trip to Hornsea specifically to eat here. Fish and chips were amazing a generous portion for the price. Recommend booking in advance as people were waiting for a table. It really is worth taking a journey for.

First the food is freshly cooked to a very high standard. The restraunt is very clean and spacious and the service is very good due to the excellent staff. Well worth the price's.

The best fish & chips in the East Riding of Yorkshire it never varies in quality it's always piping hot the staff are very helpful and booking is definitely recommend, the restaurant is very clean and comfortable with loads of room your not squashed in like sardines I'd rate it 10+ well worth a visit.

In Hornsea. On road parking but no special parking area so space limited. Simply the best fish & chip resturant & take-away you will ever find. Big or small portions available. 70 seater modern spacious resturant. Tea,bread,butter, sauces etc all excellent. No praise too high for this establishment.

This is not the first time I have visited Whiteheads, nor is it the first time I have had a poor experience. Hence this review. I visited Whiteheads on Sunday 21st Aug 2016, to buy a takeaway. There was a queue but as the shop is quite small I decided to wait. And I certainly waited!! From joining the queue to leaving the shop I waited 45 mins!! Honestly is this acceptable for a takeaway? I could have gone to a restaurant, chosen my meal in comfortable surroundings and been served in half that time. In addition, there was no apology from the staff for the wait, nor any explanation. You need to step up your service game Whiteheads, your fish and chips are not worth waiting that long for.
